Do you accept Bitcoin?

Yes, absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! So much so, that if you pay with Bitcoin, you will gain access to exclusive shipping deals everywhere we ship.

Currently we’re only selling complete metal stamping kits for Bitcoin, but if you want to add more items like a book or extra washers, simply send an email to: support@21e15.com and we’ll get a custom invoice over to you with whatever you want!

I paid using Bitcoin and picked the wrong region, what should I do?

No sweat! Email us at support@21e15.com within 24 hours and we’ll try to fix it.

Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?

Made a mistake? Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment at our discretion. If you need to cancel or change your order (e.g., shipping region), please contact us at support@21e15.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds, if approved, are processed via the original payment method (e.g., Lightning Network) within 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not offer refunds for customs fees or duties, as customers are responsible for these costs.

What is your return policy?

Right now we are only accepting returns for mechanical defects (e.g., the thing doesn’t work). If your MicroSeed is truly broken (somehow) contact us at: support@21e15.com and we will set up an RMA to get a replacement to you.

The color seems off or doesn’t match, why?

We are new to the manufacturing process. While all of the assembly occurs here, some elements are machined overseas and other things we do in house (like the engraving).

The anodizing is one of those steps we are still trying to get just right. The color variations won’t have any effect on the functionality of the MicroSeed.

Besides, it gives it a little character!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In addition to the United States, we currently ship to: Canada, Mexico, the UK and all 27 EU member countries with more coming soon!

Please note—and this is important—most countries outside of the United States charge customs fees, import duties and taxes, all of which are completely out of our control.

These fees can be quite expensive, sometimes adding 30% or more to the cost of your order.

While we would love to ship everywhere for free, we ask that you please take this into consideration before you place an international order.

We do our best to provide accurate information to customs authorities, but we are not responsible for customs delays, overages, fees or any other expenses incurred.

Who is responsible for customs fees and import duties?

As stated above, while shopping, and during checkout, customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

These fees vary by country. We cannot refund or cover these costs.
